Due to the harsh environment that instruments are required to operate in,  Instrulec designs and manufactures a robust line of brackets and pedestals used to hold transducers, sensors. cable-ways and enclosures. Instrulec's designs enable easy removal for inspection and maintenance of instrumentation. Our ability to design and manufacture in-house, enables us to develop user friendly, resilient, long lasting and cost effective solutions for each installation.

Depending on the specific requirements of the installation, we fabricate brackets, stands, pedestals & sun-shield hoods using:

Mild steel

Used for less corrosive scenarios or when a more cost effective solution is required.  We are able to powder coat, galvanise or plastic dip the fabrications to extend longevity

Stainless Steel (304 and 316)

Used where both the properties of steel and corrosion resistance are required.  It is recommended that stainless steel is used for fabrications for instruments that are exposed to harsh environments like that of waste water treatment plants, chemical plants and plants that have high exposure to corrosive elements.​
